Is the application available in languages other than English?

Yes, the application is multilingual. Just change the language in your profile to change the interface language.

What is the file identity card for?

It accurately defines the identity of the work and its creators. The ISWC and IPI codes are governed by international standards and eliminate any chance of confusion.

What happens to my files once the works are uploaded to my account?

Your tracks are sent to our recognition system and stored securely on our servers. We don't do anything else with the files you send us.

What is Kollector for?

How soon will I receive my first statistics once my works have been uploaded?

Our systems will process your tracks within 24 hours. From then on, as soon as a work is identified it will be entered into the application and shown in your account.

What is the private beta version?

The private beta version is a deployment phase that involves asking you to be one of the first testers of our application for tracking your works. You will be a special partner who can take advantage of our service free of charge.

What happens if I forgot my username and password to my account?

If you are on your Kollector personal page and you don’t remember your username or password, click on "Forgot Username / Password ?”. An e-mail will be sent with different steps to follow.

Can I change my Kollector URL?

Yes, just go to the "My account" tab and select another name, as long as it is available.

Does registering for the private beta version entail any obligation to Kollector?

No, your registration means you can use the system free of charge and without obligation during the private beta period. At the end of the period, you will be free to continue tracking your works using our service.

How do I know that I am no longer receiving e-mail Kollector?

It could be a problem with your internet server access. A spam filter could block the reception of our e-mails. So, check if they aren’t directly sent into the Spam folder of your mailbox. If the problem persists, please contact your internet system administrator.
